At Dutron the quality of our services for our customers comes first!
Our quality management system guarantees the high quality of our manufacturing procedures and practices. Dutron is ISO9001 certified since 2004. The Polish branch of the Bureau Veritas Certification even has awarded Dutron in 2009 as Excelllent Quality Organisation.
The quality of our production is very well monitored. The performance of our production processes, tools and machines are constantly checked. We use CPK and PPK value analysis as a performance indicator. "Statistical Process Control (SPC) is used to guard critical manufacturing steps. SPC software supports rapid and efficient data processing.
Before the start of each new production order, the procedures, tools and machines as well as the operational instructions are being prepared by our experienced engineers. We are also able to test (pre)production samples using PPAP procedures, we can perform "Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) and often run well known production principles like Poka Yoke and 5S in the actual assembly process.
